Sony: This system software update improves system performance

the update has my system going slow now every game i play lags and freezes and im wired

Have 2 PS4 in my place,
1 update no problem,
The newer PS4 Pro hasn't worked since,
In update install loop..
Can not load disc or sign into playstation network..
Before u ask ...
I've done EVERYTHING..
Safe mode wifi
Safe mode USB
Backed up to hard drive, formatted system, reinstalled and still in same loop..

I had a problem with this update where it wouldn't let me play my games that i bought it online happened to me once

We can't even go to Sony support chat now bc of covid-19. We are all relying on the support of people like you and others skilled in the technical world. My console is a paperweight now and I am about to purchase a new PS4 which is very expensive, especially for times like these. Not everyone has the ability to do that. And they are sitting at home right now unable to play they're favorite games, or even stream a movie that they can sit down and watch with their families, which is quite more common now bc of mandatory shut downs, stay at home orders. This is all because Sony rushed an update out and haven't been able to respond with urgency to help these people. If people would look at the bigger picture in all of this maybe this problem will get solved.

My hard drive crashes after about 15 minutes of gameplay

Turn it off go into safe mode rebuild database should fix it

I've rebuilt my database and everything, itll work... for about 5 minutes then the screen will go black

This update is the worst... I tried everything. I thought it was my game so I deleted them re installed my game three times... then I rebuilt the data base on my ps4 2 times... then I initialized my ps4 three times... then I downloaded the update with a usb twice (option 7 in safe mode) and still it sucks... Sony is a bunch of clowns
