POV: You start using your corporate experience to build a consultant business

At first, I looked at switching from job to job as downfall because I never stayed long enough to climb a corporate ladder. But it has actually been very beneficial and here’s why:

I was able to get a taste of different industries. From high-end purses to high-end watches, to big department stores to an NBA team to now a global shipping company. I was able to see how these companies run business foreal..which brings me to my next point.

I was able to see the operations of these companies from the inside. I was able to see the systems they used from POS to inventory management. I learned their customer centricity strategies and how they retain customers, etc..and I just recently have been looking at these experiences as a BLUEPRINT for success.

And this why I believe going from job to job was my strength. And why I’m ready to finally help small to mid business owners to build their Shopify operations for long term success.
