To be a little more Specific, This can also be done with Leathercraft and Tailoring, but i find the mats for those to be alot more expensive.

Also if you are Maxxing your labor out, 9k Labor would need 81 Crafts but by the time you craft them all you should be able to fit in a 82 Craft. That would be 82 iron, 82 Evenstones and 246 Blue Salt Wedges
