I agree with seeking professional help if one has sleeping disorder (or any mental issues, please take care of yourselves, everyone ❤️), but I also believe in the effectiveness of natural medicines. 🌱
Lavander is a very versatile herb - I used to use herb teas, herb oils/balms/essences and aromatherapy for all my different health problems (sleeping issues, cramps, stress, sanitising wounds, having a cold etc), but now I'm on BC (for medical reasons) which is not effective with certeain herbs consumed, so I gave up on them compeletely...

(And now I have to take artificial meds for my OCD, SAD and insomnia as well, and I'm taking them of course...I'm not against doctors or medications at all, I just think it's okay to use alternative methods as well, they can work too.😊🌱)
