Tomatillos, you can freeze them and put them straight into a pot and boil them to make the spicy salsa. I also use the salsa Verde to make Chilaquiles.

Man, Memphis is running 98-99 with 105-110 heat index the last 3 weeks, AND no rain until today. The bottom fell out and we got an inch in 30 minutes and more on the way according to the weather folks, Praise the Lord! Everything in the garden has been at a standstill.Can't wait til we start seeing those bountiful harvests like yours! Bless y'all, you lit up my day!

The sun flower is very pretty and the harvest is Awesome. A lot of good ideas yum. Temp is 95 heat index 108 it has been like this for a week. And more to come . We did get some rain yesterday so happy for it and the gardens love it .
