You must know the SMART Goals. The SMART Goals are 5 simple, but great criteria when you set up your goal. The SMART Goals are becoming common knowledge among business people. You should utilize them in your Lean Six Sigma project, especially in the Measure Phase. SMART is an acronym for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. This video explains about each criteria and how to use them. The SMART Goals can be applied for any goal setting such as project goals, corporate strategy goals, employee KPI's and so on. When you set up a goal, please make sure to clear all 5 criteria.
