How the Brooklyn Nets Can Maximise Ben Simmons' Potential | Film Breakdown

A week or so ago, the biggest trade of the season went down, with James Harden’s wish to be traded out of Brooklyn being granted. He landed on the Philadelphia 76ers and in return, the Nets got back Seth Curry, Andre Drummond, but most notably, Ben Simmons. Ben Simmons hasn’t played in months due to him withholding from the 76ers organisation whilst he also waited for his trade request to go through, but on a new team now in Brooklyn, his return is imminent. And in my eyes, by taking a look at the roster construction around him, Ben Simmons has huge potential to be a superstar on the Nets. So, in today’s video, I’ll be discussing the fit of Ben Simmons on the Brooklyn Nets, the ways they can utilise him to maximise his potential and overall, what kind of role I believe he’ll end up playing in the black and white.

so i know they wanna allow hip to operate in the post as well. so he can pass and back down ppl. also i’d think they wanna use him as a PickandRoll player; mainly the Roll player to catch the ball and either make a play or take it to the basket.
