I had someone try to scam me a few years ago by pretending to hire me for a voiceover job. He supposedly booked the studio and hired an engineer, and asked me to send money for the engineer. RED FLAG! Fortunately I had been to the same studio they "booked" and called them to verify the date, session, etc. They had no records of anything I had been told. Lesson... never accept a job if it requires you to pay even a tiny amount to someone. The instant they say you have to pay for something, no matter how great the job sounds, it is not legit.

My recent encounter with a con artist was a very polite gentleman informing me through my mobile phone that something was very wrong with my computer, i said "really are you serious" he replied "YES" I laughed then hung up :)

And the fake artist (witch I won't name) askd if I can make some more of here and I did and told me that she will pay me 12 hundred dollars in cash and it took me so long to do her frickin Portraits and soon relised that not only am not going to get the money or that the artist was real couse she dident sing that good anyways that is my story bye bye
