In my experience libra rising are chill and like to take their time when having to do something. And are usually a bit chubby and have a pale skin.
I usually get right people's mars sign right, so i think that mars influences the looks more so than the sun sign.
Like, libra mars men looks intelligent, wear glasses and have a dog. And their eyes are thin.

I think it’s because I’m a 3 degrees Cancer rising & if I was born 5 minutes earlier (my birth certificate says 4:00 on the dot) I would be a Gemini rising…. I do not look like a cancer rising is described. The only thing that makes sense is my eyes. People comment on my eyes a lot even though they’re brown - they are captivating. But I’m a Capricorn sun & have a typical Capricorn look, sharp jaw & bone structure… 5’6 and thin, big butt, regular sized boobs 🤷🏼‍♀️
