Eric burton and the animals the sound of a generation❤

I recall hearing Burdon and The Animals on AM radio in the late 60’s for the first time, dug their whole approach to blues-rock, plus his gravelly voice added creed, then in 70 heard him with War and another unique sound was born 👏🏽

Love seeing the evolution of his voice over the years. It’s always good, although I do notice a little more growl as the years progress. Still very recognizable as the great Eric Burdon though!

Thanks for putting together this video taking us down memory lane. I prefer his original versions and I’m old enough to remember the live performance on the Ed Sullivan show. I do give him credit for persevering all these years and you have to love his passion for performing even as he aged.
