I highly recommend you also add an EX/SI front sway bar setup. You would need the the fork and spindle to achieve the installation. 26mm front bar with the 22mm rear by Progress. This would be the same setup as the famous EK9 Civic Type R from Japan.

I think a beefy rear sway bar, new trailing arm bushings and stiff rear springs really help get the rear to rotate especially during lift off

I have a 99 civic coupe. Would you reccomend this? I already have a front strut bar from skunk so would a replacement on my rear control arms be sufficient?

If it has the stock exhaust manifold with built in cat. See if it has a crack in the middle of the exhaust manifold. Those go bad through time and tend to crack. Mine started to drive sluggish and felt like it was losing power. It threw a check engine code 02 sensor bank 1 upstream and downstream. Once I took the heat shield off the exhaust manifold I saw a huge crack right in the middle. Replaced the entire manifold and put fresh o2 sensors. Car was running like new again.
