Hollywood's DOME MONUMENT GUIDE for Rust beginners!

Hi everyone! With so many people being introduced to Rust due to the OTV content creator Rust servers, I thought it would be a great time to create some guides for newer players from the perspective of a player with around 6,000 hours in the game!

In this video, we'll be looking at the Dome monument. The DOME is a monument that is a mix between a Tier 0 monument and Tier 1 monument, since it requires radiation protection to loot, but doesn't require a Green Keycard to fully loot. It doesn't really fit into either category, so I will call it a Tier 0.5 monument, and put it in its own video. :)
