Unlike the rest of the characters who got to (unfortunately) talk to Palutena, ROB's presence filled the air with pure silence. The goddess then went ahead and spoke, "So, uh, congrats on your victory and stuff..." she trailed off and cursed not being able to tell robotic facial emotions. "How do you feel right now?"

"I have yet to feel happy for what happened to my race years ago," ROB said. "This victory means nothing to me, for I thought it would help me forget by letting me vent off against the people who haven't cared about helping me recover from that tragedy..."

Palutena was not ready to ruin that kind of mood as she turned to Chris. "I thought the SSE wasn't canon to us anymore?" she asked.

"Says the goddess who clearly connected the storyline through Mario's guidance bit," Chris said duly.

"Oops." She turned back to ROB. "Okay, why don't we start the long search for your family?"

"How exactly are you going to achieve that? The Subspace has technically been destroyed along with everything in it," ROB pointed out.

"...Let's build you a new family, then?"

"...That really doesn't sound that bad, but I'd be replacing my former comrades for new ones..."

Chris forced a smile. "Well, if she's really meaning it, it's better than nothing," he said.

"I...suppose so..."

"Good!" Palutena brightened up and handed Chris a thick manual. "Our fellow World Traveler here will start gathering the materials."

"It's so nice of you for not ruining the mood for him, but... WAY to ruin the mood for me," the teen complained.

Key Notes:
- ROB is another weird character. I greatly dislike the fact his forward smash is only lethal at a close range where it massively loses firepower when used from afar. At least his recovery is among the best.
- Why did they revert his Japanese color swap for the boring American color swap? Consistency? I dislike the American consistency. In fact, you can even tell the Japanese one has more priority because of his character ending video.
