Fly Fishing Wyoming -The Bighorn Mountains (part 1)

In this series, I'm Fly Fishing Wyoming. The trip started in the Bighorn National Forest. Wyoming is truly a special place full of outdoor adventure and for the next two weeks, I'll be living out of my truck exploring the area. A map is definitely needed (get one at the Fly Shop Bighorns in Sheridan), cell service and mapping apps don't line up. There are unlimited dispersed camping options available in the area, as well as National Forest campgrounds if you prefer developed sites. It was a great time, looking forward to exploring more of it next year! Part 2 below...

Love my Wyoming 💜 My Grandfather worked for the Forest Service in the Bighorns, during the 50's/60's he helped build many of the forest Service roads.
We did quite a bit of fishing in the70's...On the Shell/Greybull side..mainly in the smaller brooks..(since we were little kids).. We would clean the fish.and take them back to camp..grandma would cook them in cast iron skillet over the fire. With fried potatoes, and Corn on the
If I could only go back in time...🎣

I recently just bought some new, New Zealand strike indicators. I hope they fish as well as the ones you use! Love the presentation of it. Awesome video, keep them coming. Tight lines

Thanks for the videos. I’m new to your channel. The camera work is great and the absence of idle chatter and background music make them so enjoyable. The awesome scenery doesn’t hurt, either! Greetings from Toronto.

love the videos my man. You find some great spots that'd I'd love to fish. One request...would love to not only hear about rod weights but also your full set ups. Yarn indicators, dry droppers, tippet size and length, etc. Curious what produces so well besides your skillz of course.

Nice videos! Im a new subscriber. I like that you sometimes show what fly you’re using, it’s nice to see some go to flies that a successful fisherman like you uses for someone who is relatively new to fly fishing like me..

You caught more fish in one day than my entire 2020 season :(

Just found your videos, love'n them, and became a subscriber! Really good content, good production. BEAUTIFUL scenery. Jealous! One 2 cent suggestion would be to spend a little time in one video of each series and spend a minute or two talking about your equipment and maybe some techniques or tips? Would love to know what flies worked, what size flies, what size tippet, rod weight and length. I don't care about brands. Maybe you could wrap this information up towards the end of your last video of each series?? I'm always trying to learn. Thanks again for your great videos!
