2 Play this game 100% smootly u need to change some settings:
YOU ONLY SHOULD MODIFY THE SETTINGS THAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!
-In dolphin configurations:
GENERAL:
(PROBABLY) Enable Dual Core, Enable Idle Skipping and Choose JIT Recomplier
AUDIO:
Choose Open AL (In audio backend) put 2 on latency and check Dolby pro logic blablabla
ADVANCED:
AND (one of the most important)
Check enable CPU Clock Override and put 95% of the default (this is the emulated GC CPU clock)

-In graphics configuration:
GENERAL:
Put DIRECT 3D (backend)
Uncheck V-SYNC
Check show fps
ENEHANCEMENTS:
Check Scaled EFB copy
Check Force Texture Filtering
HACKS:
Check Skip EFB Acess from CPU
Check Ignore Format Changes
Uncheck Store EFB Copies to Texture Only
In Texture Cache put the fastest
Check Fast Depht Calculation
THATS IT! NOW U SHOULD PLAY THIS GAME SMOOTLY

The intro is fixed in the ntsc version for anyone whos interested pal version has the issue

How did you managed to scan large objects like you did on the beginning (the purple crystal)? My scanner seems to work but it cant scan violet/green/orange doors, thus impeding the progress of the game.

In the Industrial Site, there's a scan panel that needs to be scanned to progress the game, but the game physically won't let me scan it. I've tried looking up walkthroughs and seeing if other people playing on dolphin have this problem, but nobody else seems to have it. More specifically, when I pull up the scan visor, the scan panel displays as flashing red and yellow instead of a solid red when you can scan it. I've tried almost everything, but nothing has made the panel scannable. Does anybody have an idea as to what I can do to fix this?

How did you get it to look good enough? What are your dolphin graphics settings to? Mine stays at a 4:3 ratio.

So you basically have 480p metroid stretched
