It is EVERYWHERE here in Australia. I hate it, and gambling in general. The media here is flooded with sports betting ads.

I liked that one football player who got asked about his fantasy points and I cannot remember who it was but he replied with a "I play real football"

Best way to gain state revenue is to get your citizens addicted to gambling, cigarettes, alcohol, fried foods and prescription drugs. Extra bonus if your corporation get enough addicted, you don't have to pay any corporate taxes.

I am so tired of seeing betting adverts. Good on that athlete for being open and honest with his experience.

It’s bananas how much online gambling has gotten bigger. I mean, look what happened with the folks who streamed gambling— they went to a streaming platform that is run by a gambling company. And kids watch these fools

Thank you. Keep talking about sports gambling. I miss watching games that were free from sports gambling commercials.

And you would wonder why they made gambling illegal in the first place.

Betting has even got a hold of our favorite influencers and our fav play by play call channels on YouTube. WE all know how bad gambling effects everything, but it goes on and takes over.

These people are grown adults. Unless someone is "programming" them, they know better. No one complains when they win money.

This game isn’t for those who think they get rich quick and end up $10k-$100k in the red. Poor money/bank roll management. Parlay after parlay. Loss after loss. Trying to recover losses with one bet. I know so many people using it a second and even main source of income. Common sense is the biggest reason people can’t figure this game out. There’s a reason less that 1% of sports bettors actually make a living (with the amount of sports bettors out there now that number is bigger than you’d think). But not because it’s impossible, but because the other 99% don’t have the time to dedicate learning to the process, money they’re willing to lose during the process, or the mental will power to make it work. Small few get lucky quick, but it’s a long grind for people who take it seriously. And videos like this make it near impossible to say “I’m a sports gambler” whiteout people automatically assuming you’re degenerate scum who loses all their money. Lol it’s cool tho cuz after all that hard work and dedication it actually pays off and you feel SO DAMN But go on please keep this narrative up to weed out the weak🤣

Right now in basketball, Adam Silver is collecting those big bucks. And could care less about how trash the game is today

gotta stop ignoring that most professional leagues are just sports entertainment... they are partnered with the gambling companies.... start digging into the stuff and you go down an endless rabbit hole

9:22 If you want an idea of the impact of sports betting on a global scale: the global market for sports betting *alone* (not including other forms of legal and illegal gambling) is estimated at $235 Billion; the global market for *all* illegal drugs is estimated around $400 Billion.

Go interview an actual successful handicapper and ask them why they think not everyone should be betting on sports. There’s a good handful of them here on YouTube and thousands of successful members in their communities who would be happy to give you their time and thoughts.

I think this sports betting on your phone is worse than any drug, especially with men.
