Ah! A matter of semantics, I see. Austria in English = Österreich in German. As such, Q equated Altaussee in German to be Chelsea in English. Was Q lying to M? Technically, yes and no. M's request for information was rather vague. He said, "Please tell me that 007 is in London". If he meant the City of London, then Bond was not there. However, if he meant Greater London or Metropolitan London, then Chelsea would be included. After all, Chelsea in the UK or "Chelsea in Austria". Q had covered his behind there. LOL!.
