Hi ma’am

My husbands visit visa got denied due to deception (He didn’t disclose that I was in the Uk, but in the travel intent letter he submitted he lied that I was with him in Nigeria). UkvI found this and he was denied based on this ground. The visit was supposed to be for his MRCS exam and not with the intention to visit me hence the reason we lied because of strong ties at home.

We don’t know if this is a ban or we can reapply as the letter didn’t say ban explicitly.

His exam is meant to be on the 15th of May, 2024.

I'm When a Canadian citizen .We got registered marriage in the UK in 2020.
When I returned to UK from Tenerife Border security stopped me and detained me.Due to COVID-19 I was stuck in the UK. When my 6 months visa was supposed to end that's way I wrote emails regarding it and home office extended twice. I showed those 2 emails extended visa from Home Office, they released me in one condition that's I've to apply UK spouse visa within 14 dayFrom wrong sources I assumed after short term leave UK in return my visa will automatically start another 6 months.
A law farm applied in humanitarian ground 10 years route, but rejected. In verdict home office find our relationship is genuine but couldn't find why I can't go back to Canada. I left UK voluntarily. My husband visited Canada November 2023 for 10 days and spent together.
My question is can I apply uk spouse visa now?? Is it w different procedure than normal uk spouse visa?? Need advise, please help us.

Hi Ashika, I really hope that u could kindly reply to my question.
I am an FY2 doctor working in the uk under a skilled workers visa. I recently updated my visa as i got a new job offer come August this year. I paid £500 for a priority service which as i understand should get a decision in 5 days. It has been 4 weeks now, still no reply yet. I called up the ukvi help line, and was told that sometimes have to wait that long. Why cant he just give me the status of my visa application? Is there a special help line that i can call to actually check the status of my visa application. I can provide my application id which is on the visa applic itself.
Or do u think i should go to London UKVI and directly talk to somewhere instead of calling?

Hey! What if my travel plans change whilst I’m in the UK? Say I want to stay for 3 weeks instead of 2 (as specified on my Visa Application)? Is that breach of Visa (say Visa is valid till April 2024) and I return before that?

As UK issues a visa for a minimum of 6 months, does that mean I can stay up to expiry ignoring what I’ve mentioned on the form?
