If your using controller you can also go to accessibility settings and turn on aim toggle and shooting toggle

If you need help to keep on aiming it down on an xbox S or one, get a really thin rubber band and take off the battery cover on the back. Then attach the rubber band to the joystick, then put the other side of the rubber band in the battery slot and putting the cover on.
