Even taking a daily 15 minute walk around my neighborhood made a huge difference in stopping my depression. Plus i would do more, if i was already outside walking might as well run alittle bit or do some push ups, etc. Your mind and body want you to be active, don't neglect that

That's a fcking lie ....i walk for 2 hours (15000 steps) a day, i do bench presses (70-80 reps), I feel completely same as when I was idle .It's been 3-4 months since I started it, seems like it doesn't work for me.
