It's Dha and Ma the champion concept on boards. Someone from riot apparently forwarded it the champion creation team. Would be a massive step if someone actually had their champ made

Its a champion that represents Yin and Yang. As you can see in the video, the two lines that make the circle are black and white.
I was looking through fan made champions and I came across a Yin and Yang themed champion. There are two of them that's why it says "They" are coming.
