"Baby Let's Play House" was released in April 1955 and peaked at Nr. 10 on the Billboard C&W Best Sellers in Store Chart. The song was recorded between 30 January and 4 February 1955 at Memphis Recording Service (Sun Studio) in Memphis with Elvis Presley on vocal and acoustic rhythm guitar, Scotty Moore on electric lead guitar and Bill Black on stand-up bass. The session was produced by Sam Phillips. Words and music by Arthur Gunter.
