When I listen to this I have mixed emotions... at 70 I have lost many family members and friends. I lost my son at 44 on November 11th 2022.... it's hard but we have many great memories....I truly hope there is a heaven where we can all be together

Lost my mom a few weeks back. Saw her fade away slowly for 4 days. I work in a place 2000 miles from home. I could not even talk to her one last time as she was really serious during the 4 days I was in the hospital with her. She was only 48. All I want is to talk to her. Miss you, love you Mom. This song rips my heart in two. I played it on repeat when I lost my cat of 20 years. I got her when I was 10 so we literally grew up together. She was the kindest spirit I’ve ever encountered. Two years later, still gets to the core of what I can’t express.

I listened to this song five years ago, I downloaded it on my phone by mistake, it was a rough night, i was depressed, finished my favorite book and ‘i died a little bit inside’ lol.
I checked the music on my phone and got curious about this one, so i played it, that first time, a moment I’ll never experience again, so magical.

So i cried a little and felt bad about someone I don’t know who’s going through the same thing that song says. It must be tough to love someone who doesn’t know how much you live them, right?

So here i am five years later, living the life of this song, felt deeply in love, but turned out that the right person for me wasn’t very right.
It was impossible so i kept my feelings to myself and never spoke out loud. Because it’s for the best to both of us.
I’ll never ever love someone as much as i loved that one, i gave my whole heart to them, and they don’t know about it. I sometimes think that we only get one life to live, i should speak out, but I don’t wanna ruin their life, I don’t want them to see a side of me I’ve never showed to anyone else.
