Shrubs that Bloom All Year
Spring
1. Azalea

Not only will they not bloom year round but if they aren’t evergreen, they’ll lose their foliage in the winter.

I wish you would have included the zone they grow in. The couple I looked up would never survive in a zone 5 winter.
