Hopefully the delimitation commission take the number of voters into consideration per constituency rather than overall population. We should never penalize the states which were progressive and took care of the population issue with maturity.

UP Bihar combined will have 247 seats one third of the total seats. It will become the single largest determining bloc in all elections. Without winning either state you cannot win general elections. Its just not possible.
No wonder the INC and its allies are determined on the reemergence of caste politics or else they will not be able to defeat BJP for the next 20 years.
The Bihar elections this time will really be very keenly fought. It was Nitish Kumar who started this whole bogey of caste census or Mandal 2.
