Steps:
1. Create a certificate design as desired and keep an image file with you
2. Open your Gmail, open drive, create a google form which consists of your quiz, install the add on Certify'em on that and share the quiz link with the expected respondents
4. Upload the template in the certify'em panel, and send the certificate to the qualified participants.
5. You can use this after the collection of feedback forms of your webinar, or online course.
