A beautiful composition and performance by Stanton Lanier. The choreography was inspired by a Slow-Flow Vinyasa class I take from a wonderful teacher. I incorporated many of her favorite poses and the Rolling Wave Vinyasa that I learned from her.
YOGA DANCING involves choreographing yoga asanas (poses) and transitions to music. Like a regular yoga practice, you should strive to unify body, breath, mind, and spirit. The added component is the music, which you can feel that you are a part of. Yoga Dancing is not meant to be a performance; it is a practice.
