Some ideas

- More National Teams (Costa Rica, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, Japan, etc.)
- The ability to send youth scouts to most if not EVERY FIFA recognized nations (still can't scout WALES!)
- More Leagues and Lower Divisions
- More International and Club competitions (Copa Libertadores, African Cup of Nations, etc.)
- Club World Cup
- Authentic World Cup Qualifying (Add Fiji for a Oceania Play-off, Intercontinental Play-offs, CONCACAF Hex)
- Create-a-Club
- Minimal Potentials
- Make the game go farther in time (50 Years)
- Multiple options to start a Career Mode (Start off as an unknown manager and work your way to glory, International team manager, etc.)
- Add a Manager Reputation system

Trainer career mode:
* More international teams. Focus on the smaller international teams
* Scout more countries. Still can't scout Wales, Senegal, Bosnia, Costa Rica et cetera.
* Request fonds
* Real life sponsors. Like Etihad and Emirates airways
* Minimum potential
* Lower divisions in other leagues
* Team World Cup
* U21-team
*Realistic lineups
Player career mode:
*More games when you get called up to international duty during first and second season
* More games played during your first season
* You able to sit by the bench and get subbed in

Glad you’re an EA game changer. I’ve played career mode for over 10 years now. This is by far my worst experience with the game. I might be one of the few who play player career mode, but it’s just ridiculous how the game ratings work. It seems like EA literally never once tested out a player career mode before they released the game. If fifa 20 doesn’t fix anything, I will buy PES for player career mode and just stick with Football Manager for my career modes. I’ve had enough. Thank you Niran for everything you do mate!

On FIFA career mode there should be a feature that you talk to the owners like if you do a Blackpool save you have a meeting with Oyston or Mike Ashley if you was doing a Newcastle save at least you would feel like you’re the actual manager like you do on FM

It's not really hard to save career mode. All u need to do is press X

Here are a few ideas:

Manager career mode:
-The ability to scout every FIFA recognized nation (you can scout England but not Wales; mate they are both parts of the same country!)
-The ability to change sponsors (not sponsors such as Fly Emirates, Etihad and others but sponsors like Nike, Adidas, Umbro, etc...); for example: if you are managing Man City you could be able to change from Nike to Adidas or New Balance
-Remove fixed potentials
-Fix the schedules
-Add more manager templates
-Have the ability to manage "Rest of World" teams; you can't manage PAOK or Dinamo Zagreb even tho they are in the game

Player career mode:
-Fix the customisation of your player: the haircuts and face editing options are TRAGIC!!! give more freedom with the physique editing and also implement tatoos
-Fix the manager comments, ESPECIALLY the "Stay in position" ones!!!
-Make the AI more intelligent
-Have the option to start on the bench and get subbed on
-Have the option to start in the U21 team; it is not realistic that a 67 OVR starts in Man Utd A Team...

Kickoff mode:
-Add more teams and leagues (I would especially like to see Red Star Belgrade and FK Maribor; as for the leagues you should definitely licence the Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian league)
-Add more national teams; Costa Rica, Panama, Serbia, Croatia (they were in the final and still not licenced, come on EA!), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania...
-Invest more in the graphics and face scans

Thank you for addressing this. I literally haven’t played career mode since that patch, it’s completely ruined the enjoyment of it for me. Hope you get 100k before the end of the year, fully deserve it

Good video Niran. Nothing will change, which is unfortunate as they feel if they neglect it people will move to FUT and give them more money. It reminds me of the Government neglecting the NHS and then saying oh you want better healthcare, well you can with these health points. Just buy so many and you can be seen by a Doctor quicker. I hope you get the analogy. I am playing on PC so I can use the cheat engine, to make career mode better. I shouldn't have to do this, but it's the only option. SORRY Console players, your days are numbered

I understand how you feel and really appreciate you and all the guys attempts to get us a better career mode cause right now I watch all of you guys stream and honestly I have seen streamers like cani trying to make his career mode more interesting. I would rather getting FIFA 07 back and forget about FIFA 16 17 18 and 19

There is also a training glitch which affects players progession by suposedly upgrading their overall
But when you go to squad hub, squad, etc
They haven’t gone up

i dont think i've ever disagreed with a single one of niran's choices and opinions voiced towards the development of career mode apart from the change of fixed potentials... which really is just in personal choice difference.. your channel is on point with all its choices and opinions.. love your content mate!! keep it up!!
