Omaha has grown since I was last there, the stockyards are gone but my grandparents' home still stands. Interesting on the weather from snowstorms to tornados adding the Corn Huskers, to the University of Omaha. Then Aksarben Race Track is long gone since 1995 and popped up the Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo. So many things have changed. But I miss Omaha, I miss Nebraska.

I am an Omahan.
The city is very welcoming, affordable and friendly.
The trail systems are great for hikers and bikers.
The only bad thing is that the public transportation is not good.
But it's a great place to live.

I am from Sioux Falls to the north, and upon visiting Omaha a few times its funny how much Omaha feels like a big Sioux Falls and Sioux Falls feels like a little Omaha.

Omaha is a really nice city, and I LOVE the downtown.
