oMG- I think I love you! I have had a shoulder impingement problem for a couple of months, still waiting to get into PT for some help. Mark Sisson rmentioned you again on MDA, , and now after a couple of sessions of your shoulder mobility work, my impingement is almost gone.

These were helping but now I have Constant pain in my brachioradialis for months now. I cant work biceps or anything pulling and now lateral raises. Also some times hooks and uppercuts when I box.Some times even from text on my phone. What can I do for that? I already stopped doing the stretches.
