How To Install A Trail Tech Radiator Fan 🌬🔥

In this video we will show you how to install a Trail Tech radiator fan on 2010 KTM 300 xc-w. This process should be the same on most bikes across models and year ranges. This motorcycle fan kit is a plug and play system that enables superior cooling in low speed technical riding. The process is fairly easy and requires minimal tools. Simply remove the seat, gas tank and right side radiator. Once the radiator is removed, you can mount the fan and bracket to the factory mounting points on the radiator. Install the thermostat and secure it with a few zip ties. All thats left to do it reinstall the radiator and make sure that all your wires are connected and out of the way of the fuel tank.
