My dad is a carpenter. He literally cut a huge rectangle out of the middle of my desk (I told him what i wanted prior to start of school). He then put a clear glass top over the table. He then installed a sliding tray (using the cut out part) with a knob. Basically, once I show my proctor my room etc. and as I'm putting my camera back on top of my monitor, one hand just slides this tray and on the other part of the tray is all my written notes. I can put two pages worth of notes and I don't need to look up or anything. Needless to saw, my marks are the highest it's ever been. It took half a day to make but it's simple and it works.

It depends on the proctor when it comes to The mic audio because mine wasn’t working once and she could tell I was stressed out and let me take the test anyways. Some are nice and other are very by the book.

What you can do is put all your notes into one photo and set it as a background on your secondary monitor. That way they cannot detect any other browsers

But doesn using glasses have the disadvantage of reflecting what you're seeing on the screen?? The proctor may see your phone this way through your glasses.

How sad. The software companies should pay this guy a marketing fee. All he is accomplishing is proving the case for the big tech billionaires to sell their fancy proctoring products to universities. And the schools will pass the bill directly to you.

I duct taped my phone on the right side of my laptop, and it worked. Just keep your phone on Airplane Mode and silence it.

Hey, Mohamed. I have some quick Honorlock questions:
1) Do you know if the glare from a secondary device will tip them off as a flag? Like if I had a separate device going back and forth between dark mode and light mode?
2) What about looking down or off to the side? Am I golden as long as my entire head is still onscreen without moving my head that much or will that tip them off, too?
3) Is it possible to get flagged without letting you know?
4) What about hooking up a secondary device to a phone hotspot? Can they track that or only if it's using Google and Chrome related stuff?
Apart from that, thank you and wish me luck as I have to endure this spyware Big Brother creepy software coming up this school year.

i took an exam with proctor u last semester and had another monitor that wasnt even plugged in, and the proctor made me literally turn my monitor against the wall

I have an exam next week we use a website for exam they can see my face from camera and my screen is sharing with them and mic. Can website or chrome browser detect my 2. monitor there was no problem in test exam. We dont use a dekstop app for exam its from browser.

I used a HDMI cable to connect it to the TV and my friend was using Socratic app to scan the questions from the TV. It works

i use autoproctor and it detect and record ur screen and when i change my application, my question is if i use virtual windows does it also detect when i change aplication
