I don’t care about the inflation. I compare the comps of the homes and last time sold also looking for updates to justify the increase. We do not have to fall into paying these unrealistic prices. We’re renting at the moment and just waiting for our pre approval letter this week. I refuse to pay half a million for a home in our small town, with not even a full acre.

i’m about to close on a build contract started on November last year DR Horton, price 350k 4 room and 3 btRooms 2 story 2, 352 sq, at FL, interest rate 5.23 i’m closing next Thursday I’m a first time home buyer !!! Im honestly loosing my sleep over this decision I don't know if I should buy o not I will loose all the money down if I don't proceed, I had to bring more money to the closing for buying 2 point for 8k to get that rate of 5.25 this whole experience been crazy!!! please any advise I will appreciate it my monthly payment is around 26k
