Really if you wanna see the peak brightness turn on the adaptive display on both phones
Manual slider doesn't take the display to peak brightness.

Manually available nits see the S23 Ultra value go up to 517, and the Extra (manual) brightness toggle will get you up to 831nits - even with no sun in sight.

You forgot to turn on the adaptive brightness which boosts more brightness than the manual slider.

MIUI is a beautiful UI. Awesome animations, control center is looks like IOS control center. But it's transparent look is ultimate. Only they have to change is stock icons. It's feels like out dated. It's been there since MIUI 11.
