This actually works really well. I wake up at 7:30 am. and have a coffee, then work out for two and a half hours, then do any household chores, then eat around 13:00. I started in January. I've lost 16kg. Sleep a lot better than I used to and feel great

Have them listen to David Goggins. That will definitely motivate you if you consistently listen to him and have him in your ear

Fasted cardio has been dispelled as a mechanism of additional fat loss. Presumably, there are compensatory effects in other parts of the day such that body fat loss is the same. Energy balance remains number 1, preservation of LBM number 2

I used to eat 24\7 most of it is healthy but I just like to eat . Now that I found this new diet carnivore diet. I can only eat once a day and have lot of energy for heavy lifting and just keep going. It made me feel so amazing and I’m loosing fat building muscle. It’s been 3 weeks only and I feel fantastic .
I told my self I would try it for a month but now I wanna stay on this diet for good.

In some cultures, its advised never to skip the breakfast. In German, there's a saying that translates to Have breakfast like an Emperor, have lunch like a king and dinner like a pauper.

My last food of the day, whether it’s a steak and veggies or a bowl of ice cream, ends at 9pm. I typically don’t eat my first meal the following day till about 1-3pm. I also do some light weightlifting or a Pilates class before that first meal. Over the past 5 months of doing this routine, I’ve lost 24lbs and look so much slimmer.

I bought a infrared sauna. It literally removes all stress in my body. 45 mins in the morning and 45 before sleep.

I never eat breakfast or lunch but that's only because I don't feel hungry and I'm also busy working. But even if I was hungry I wouldn't stop work to take a lunch break because that will just make my work day take longer lol. The sooner I get the job done at a client's, the sooner I get paid and can head home!
