Hi. Easy way to prove BPT
Given: In triangle ABC, PQ is parallel to BC

To prove : AP/BP =AQ/ CQ

Proof : In triangle ABC and triangle APQ,
angle A is common
angle APQ is equal to angle ABC

By AA, triangle ABC is similar to triangle APQ
By CPCT, AB/AP = AC/AQ

Subract 1 on both sides and reciprocal it
U will get answer
