I wanted to know how to go about establishing a foreign business trust/DBA to conduct business and to obtain a business banking account, as well as obtaining a foreign EIN.

I am looking for states that a foreign business-friendly, low cost, and easy to establish a business.

FYI: I do not know if you need this information or if would be helpful or not.
I currently have a domestic business trust in Indiana. It is already registered with the Indiana Secretary of State.

Can you help me with this? If not, would you be so kind as to direct me to or provide resources to where I find this information?

Hello TRUiC, I have a Domestic Business Trust established in Indiana. Could I create a DBA/ assumed business name that is connected with this business structure? Would this be appropriate? In this instance, the business being a trust, could the DBA be protected from liabilities if it is connected to a domestic trust and how? Could a DBA be connected to a foreign trust and could the DBA be protected from any liabilities if connected to a foreign trust and how?
