How to be a Triple Board-Certified Dermatologist

Becoming a derm is a journey. I also had a unique path in that I did a dual residency that combined internal medicine and derm into 5 years (each are normally 3 years). For those who are interested in being a derm, it helps to know early in medical school so that you can start doing research or start making connections. But it's not the end of the world if you don't know -- I didn't know until later in medical school, and it still worked out.
