Out at sea most of the time the hanger bay is gonna be filled with aircraft and you only have a small bit of space to work out on and a lot of the times they were moving aircraft or ordnance around and made you move. Also ships laundry for E-7 and above is good, E-6 and below they wash it then when it's returned to you in the coop, it's in a wad of wrinkled clothes and it's thrown on your rack.

if they cut down on some of those sugary and overcomplex to cook foods and just stuck to basics it would probably make provisioning, cooking time and costs a lot better
