I was assuming at the very least it would have a similar design to Rdr2 in terms of graphics and engine

You'll need a PC with gfx mods to make GTA 6 look anything like that as it'll be made for current consoles which simply can't handle it

GTA 6 won't even come close to looking that good. It's gonna look just like RDR 2 with minor touch ups.

Don't get me wrong game looks great but if you played police simulator that is ran off of unreal engine 5 there are definitely some problem's cars not popping up in front of you and then it makes you wreck or even pedestrians not showing up whenever they're supposed to Idk I would have some mixed feelings if they use unreal engine 5
