Thank you for this continuation of the lesson Mathematical Induction, Prof D! In this video, you gave another example that using the Mathematical Induction, it proves that the mathematical statement 1+4+7+... +(3n-2) is equals to n(3n-1) all over 2, for all positive integer n. This was proved by satisfying the 3 conditions given (condition a, b, and c). The last condition, which is to show that n=k+1 is true, was the complicated one to solve. It requires many solving, but eventually ended up proving that the formula is true.
