my zen is connected to my xbox from the top controller threw the left side i can move my xbox menu but have no control over the zen, ive tried updating to older then to current. ive tried re setting it, ive bought new cords couple times now and tried turning the zen on while turning my xbox on and ive yet to be able to get it running again. not my first time getting it going so im aware of some of the problems but ive yet to encounter this
