Dynare parallel on Ubuntu 20.04 Linux: creating a configuration file and a simple estimation example

This is a quick tutorial on how to use the parallel option in Dynare on Linux using Ubuntu 20.04. We cover how to create a configuration file for Dynare. We then use this to estimate a small DSGE model using the Random-Walk Metropolis-Hastings MCMC algorithm with 4 chains computed in parallel.
