Dry rub
1 cup starch
1/3 cup rice flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika

Sauce
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup hot sauce
1 Thai Chili Pepper
