Should probably learn how builds work. ice nova explodes from 4 frostbolts. Also cast on frostbolt deals 50% more dmg also ninja doesnt count 50% shock mana stacking build always does. also 1k mana spent recently always up for mana cluster boosting arcane surge effect. Thats already 35m dps per nova which is on 4 frostbolts so 140m dps All this not counting situational buffs. Add arcane cloak which is up 52% of the time with automation with sigil of power and its at 57m per frostbolt making it hit 228m dps. This is only build i cared to check pob since i am familiar with it and your 16m number was laughably unreal.

all this math are usles, coz ppl like me i cant eaven play flicker strike just coz pc cant carry+flicker strike are glass canon builds compare to lightning strike.and lot of builds what shows big numbers are 0 fun to play, i see them and know that nubers are hight, but if u dont like skill, u wont play that build just coz it have big numbers.meta buildsare alweys good with surviving, good at clear and good at dps thos are main criteria what need to compare.not big numbers.
