No no and no. The closest you have to the argument “the Bible alone and you don’t need the church.” Is anabaptist and radical reformers. Calvin and Luther believed you still needed the church for it is a witness to it but it was fallible and can error and no doubt has errored. Sola scriptura is the scriptures alone are infallible when coming to faith and morals.

No, no, and no. The idea you need the Bible strictly is not the ideal of the Reformists. The idea is the Bible is the only infallible doctrine. I can’t speak for all Protestant denominations, but I am Anglican, so I do have to affirm the church as a witness to Christ, and I can be treated as apostate as I don’t. (Rightfully so, I dare add.) Not everything has to be explicitly outlined in the Bible. Church tradition and authority are important, but they aren’t infallible by definition and they need to submit to scripture.
