You offer straight to the point no filler BS videos on how to complete these kind of irritating missions and it's been a huge help!

Each boat has a number next to it or in it, but two of them have an indication with it.
It's a mathematical symbol wich indicates that the number is not what it's written next to it : > 3 for boat number 3 and ≠5 for number 5.
You can understand that boat three, number is in fact bigger than 3 and boat 5 is not egal to 5.
boat 1, 3and 4 being clearly named , , you can only swap 3 and 5 to list them chronologically.
So it's 15342

If you go under the shack there is also a list you can read that tells you the order they go in.

when the whole area was highlighted i searched each house from dusk to dawn and to dusk....running around and scanning like a chicken without a head. thank you so much for your walkthrough. this game is just so stupid

Im very confused Outside there are 5 boats with names and Numbers
1 El Tigre
2 Rojas
3 El Lucky
4 Clara
5 Papi Chulo
If its not in these order why put Numbers next to them

Ignore the boats, there's a note under the building that has the sequence on it.
