Is it true that if your a new authority instead of putting a truck on the road you can purchase a truck but let it age for about 6 months so that way you can get better loads and more brokers would work with you?

Lastly, what if a person has no truck payment or trailer payment and hire a driver do you think those people won’t have to worry about how rates are since there over head is so low?
