Jesus came to give us understanding:
(1 John 5:20) but so often we demonstrate our lack of understanding by our inability to give an explaination for what's really going on in our lives or in the lives of others. In this case it's FEAR!

So often our pastors (who are suppost to be in CONSTANT COMMUNICATION with the Holy Spirit) act as if He's not there inside them & they give us a lame answer to the questions we ask > 🤪

QUESTION:
Are YOU ignoring the Holy Spirit (our ever present HELPER) who has ALL of the answers we will ever need > 🤔

HOW IS THIS FOR AN ANSWER:
1 John 4:18 ESV
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.

2 Timothy 1:7 ESV
for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

1 Corinthians 16:13-14 ESV
[13] Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. [14] Let all that you do be done in love.

A FINAL THOUGHT:
There is always the chance that our pastors are testing us to see if we actually have a personal relationship & RELIANCE on the Holy Spirit > 🫡
