Hi everyone! Matt here. I have just been told that I was incorrect on some rules in the explanation. First, that meditate can not only be cards from hand, but from the top of the deck, or from the spellbook. I knew that in the back of my mind, but forgot to say it. And while the interior of the book talks about changing it to another die face, it is a side of your choice. The back of the rulebook for the player aid makes it sound like it can only go up one level.

Second, combat doesn't spill over to the phoenixborn when you attack. That was another mistake.

Since this was my first rules explanation in a video, I was bound to make mistakes. We're all human, and therefore will be fallible.
